Mt Redoubt, a volcano located 100 miles from Anchorage, has erupted over 18 times in the last week and a half. It has wreaked havoc on air travel in Alaska and it kept Grandpa Bill & Grandma Karen trapped here for a few extra days. So far, the ash has only made it's way to Anchorage once, but once was enough to leave a mess!
